PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our shop is Level 1 PCI compliant to keep your credit cards and order details safe and secure. Paypal payments are accepted through our Etsy shop found here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/kailynco
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the purchase date. Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has shipped.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund your item within 15 days after delivery if you are unsatisfied with it or it gets damaged in the mail. If your item is lost in the mail, we will send a replacement.
If you have not received your order, but the postal service says it was delivered, we can send a replacement with an additional shipping charge to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
